My Experience with the Chicago Cutlery 14 Piece Knife Set
The Damen collection from Chicago Cutlery really impressed me with its high carbon stainless steel blades that arrived with razor sharp edges. The blades are sharpened for precision cutting and the high quality blade material ensures they’re more resistant to stains, rust and pitting.
I loved how the triple-riveted polymer handle with its forged bolster provided me with increased control over the knife, ensuring safety and stability all the way.
Overall the knives offered superior balance and they have a nice weight, just enough for my personal taste.
I got a lot done with them and I was impressed with how well they maintained their edges before they needed some sharpening.
